Hi, I'm Benjamin.
An implementer, not just an advisor.
I've always been inquisitive about how things work and why people do them the way they do. For as long as I can remember, I've looked for a different way of doing things, hoping to find a more efficient path to the answer.
My background is 10+ years experience working in small businesses, working across sales, marketing, events, operations, AI and systems. Not consulting from the outside, actually building and running these functions, in businesses ranging from startup to scale.
Living in Frome surrounded by an incredible independent business community is hugely inspiring. But I've also seen how hard the current climate is. Owners are working harder than ever just to keep moving forwards. That's why I'm stepping in now, with my expertise, to support the people who create magical things.

What is a Spark Session?
A Spark Session is a focused 3-hour business support session, in person around Frome and the South West or remote if needed. We diagnose what is really holding your business back and build a system, plan, or approach to tackle it. You leave with a tangible deliverable you can use straight away. It costs £200 with no ongoing commitment.
What is fractional leadership?
Fractional leadership means having a senior person, such as a sales director, COO, or operations lead, working in your business part-time, usually 1 to 2 days a week. It gives independent businesses access to senior-level thinking and hands-on delivery without the cost of a full-time hire. Pricing is on request.
Who do you work with?
Independent business owners in Frome, Somerset, and across the South West, including food and drink makers, creatives, makers, and small service businesses. The common thread is people who are great at their craft but want help with the strategy, systems, sales, and operations side of running a business.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
Kindred Sparks is based in Frome, Somerset. Most work is in person across the South West, including Bath, Bristol, and the surrounding area, but remote sessions are available when that works better for you.
